How your cards are packed

  • Singles go in a penny sleeve and a top-loader, sealed in a team bag, then into a rigid mailer.
  • Sealed product is wrapped and boxed so corners and shrink-wrap arrive intact.
  • Every order is packed by hand by the person who runs the shop.

Returns

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, then another 14 days to send it back. Singles need to come back in the same sleeve and condition they left in. Sealed product needs to be unopened with the shrink-wrap intact. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund the item and your original shipping within 14 days of it reaching us.

Damaged, wrong or not as described?

If something arrives damaged, it's the wrong item, or the condition doesn't match the listing, we'll cover the return postage and refund or replace it, whichever you prefer. Your statutory rights are not affected.

To start a return, email Admin@tcgtavern.shop with your order number and what's wrong. A photo helps if there's damage.
