What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. We never store your card details.
Are prices in GBP?
Yes, all prices on TCG Tavern are listed in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Admin@tcgtavern.shop. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email is sent automatically after every order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so follow us on social media for updates.
How will my cards be packaged?
Singles are sleeved and placed in a top-loader or card saver, then packed securely in a rigid envelope or box depending on the order size. We take packaging seriously.
Can I track my order?
Tracked orders will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. Standard untracked orders do not include tracking, so please check your order summary for the shipping method used.
Card Condition
How do you grade card condition?
We use standard TCG grading: Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), and Heavily Played (HP). Each listing clearly states the condition. If you have any questions about a specific card before purchasing, please get in touch.
Do you sell graded (PSA/BGS) cards?
Occasionally yes. Graded cards are listed individually and clearly marked. Check the shop for current graded inventory.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. In short: if an item arrives not as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Your statutory rights are always protected.
Selling to Us
Do you buy cards?
Yes! We buy English and Japanese singles, sealed product and full collections. Head to our Sell to Us page to get a quote.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We aim to respond to all sell enquiries within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Larger collections may take a little longer to assess.
